Evaluation of CT and MRI Signs on Biological Behavior and Pathological Staging of EC

Objective:To study the value of CT and MRI signs in evaluating the biological behavior and pathological stage of EC.Methods:This study adopts a prospective study.150 patients with endometrial cancer treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from September 2015 to December 2019 are taken as the research objects.The patients are examined by CT and MRI respectively,and the differences of CT and MRI indexes in patients with different pathological stages and different biological behaviors are compared.To study the value of CT and MRI signs in evaluating the biological behavior and pathological stage of EC.Result:The levels of NIC,ΔCT and k in patients with stage I-II were significantly higher than those in stage III-IV;The levels of Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp in patients with stage I-II were significantly higher than those in patients with stage III-IV.there were statistically significant differences in NIC,ΔCT and k levels in patients with different deep muscle invasion,vascular invasion and metastasis,and there were statistically significant differences in Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp in patients with different deep muscle invasion,vascular invasion and metastasis,the area under the diagnostic curve of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and biological behavior was significantly higher than that detected alone.Conclusion:CT and MRI signs have significant significance in the evaluation of biological behavior and pathological stage of EC.
