Study on the effect of arthroscopic surgery on patients with knee dislocation

Objective To analyze the effect of arthroscopic surgery on patients with knee dislocation.Methods A total of 50 patients with knee dislocation who came to Hebei PetroChina Central Hospital for treatment from May 2017 to May 2020 were randomly selected for study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 25 cases.The control group was treated with open multiple ligament reconstruction,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy-assisted multiple ligament reconstruction.The international knee documentation committee knee evaluation form(IKDC)score,Lysholm score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,Q angle,knee range of motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and 3 days after treatment,and the complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,IKDC score activity(no pain),pain frequency,pain degree,activity(no swelling),interlocking,activity(no soft legs),regular activity,activity impact,self-evaluation of the IKDC scores of the two groups of patients after treatment,total score,Lysholm score,knee flexion angle,quality of life score increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,stiffness and swelling score,VAS score were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic-assisted multiple ligament reconstruction for the treatment of knee dislocation can significantly improve knee joint function,increase stability,relieve pain,improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and have better safety.
