Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Dangui Sini Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Degenerative Diseases

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with knee degenerative diseases.Methods 60 patients were divided into routine group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results Before intervention,the knee joint situation of the two groups was compared(P>0.05).After intervention,knee joint scores of the two groups were lower than those of the observation group in terms of pain,stiffness and daily dysfunction(P<0.05).Before intervention,the knee indexes of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the knee indexes of the two groups,the observation group had higher knee motion,longer walking time and higher safety score(P<0.05).After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce knee pain,reduce knee stiffness,reduce daily dysfunction,prolong walking time,improve joint mobility and improve safety score,so as to improve the treatment effect of patients.
