Effect of Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Electroacupuncture on the Rehabilitation of Stroke Limb Failure

Objective To study the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on the rehabilitation of stroke limb failure.Methods 96 cases of stroke limb failure were randomly divided into thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture treatment group and electroacupuncture control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed by traditional Chinese medine symptom score,motor function evaluation and syndrome efficacy evaluation.Results The two groups have certain curative effect on improving the symptoms of hemiplegia and heminumbness after stroke,among which the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture was more significant(P<0.01).In improving the limbs movement function of patients,the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture is better than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Compared with electroacupuncture group,the clinical effect was better,and the effective rate of the treatment was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture is obvious,and it has better clinical application value,and needs further study.
