Effect of low-dose light-weight lumbar anesthesia combined with nalbuphine hydrochloride on postoperative recovery and hemodynamics in cesarean section

Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose light-weight lumbar anesthesia combined with nalbuphine hydrochloride on postoperative recovery and hemodynamics in cesarean section.Methods A total of 102 maternal women who underwent cesarean section in Xi'an People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were prospectively enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,51 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group was received low-dose light-weight lumbar anesthesia combined with nalbuphine anesthesia.The control group was received low-dose light-weight lumbar anesthesia.The heart rate and mean arterial pressure before anesthesia(T1),anesthesia for 10 minutes(T2),and at the end(T3)were compared between the two groups.The anesthesia effect,duration of anesthesia,and Apgar score of newborn,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores at 12,24 h after surgery,the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups at T1(P>0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups at T2 and T3 were both lower than those at T1,but the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of anesthesia effect in the experimental group was 90.20%,which was higher than that in the control group(74.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of anesthesia in the experimental group was(70.26±3.65)min,which was lower than that in the control group[(98.26±4.05)min],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score of newborns between the two groups[(8.98±0.65)vs.(9.05±0.55)](P>0.05).At 12 and 24 hours after cesarean section,the VAS scores of puerperae in the experimental group were(2.06±0.22)and(1.01±0.06)points,which were lower than those in the control group[(2.98±0.16)and(1.61±0.11)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.92%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.68%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose light specific gravity spinal anesthesia combined with nalbuphine hydrochloride has a good anesthesia effect for women undergoing cesarean section,and has little effect on maternal hemodynamics,and the incidence of postoperative pain and adverse reactions is low.
