PBL在急诊临床实训教学中的应用及评价

摘    要:目的 分析PBL在急诊临床实训教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年6月—2019年6月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院急诊临床实习的70名学生作为研究样本,依据随机原则将其划分2组,设为研究组(35例)和参照组(35例)。参照组实习生开展传统急诊实训授课,研究组实习生则开展PBL法教学,对比出科成绩以及教学效果。结果 研究组实习生出科成绩高于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组在激发学习兴趣、临床综合思维的培养、增加沟通能力、团队合作能力培养和提高临床操作能力等均优于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组教学满意度也明显高于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在急诊临床实训教学中应用PBL教学具有显著的效果,不仅提升了学生的教学满意度,临床思维能力也会明显提高,激发了学生的学习兴趣,具有较高的可行性。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in emergency clinical training.Methods A total of 70 students from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into study group(35 students)and control group(35 students).The interns in the control group were trained in traditional emergency medicine,while the interns in the study group were trained in PBL.The results and teaching effect was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the study group had higher scores in the department,and there was significant difference in the data test(P<0.05).The study group was better than the control group in stimulating learning interest,cultivating clinical comprehensive thinking,increasing communication ability,cultivating team cooperation ability and improving clinical operation ability(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching in emergency clinical practice teaching has a significant effect,not only to improve teaching satisfaction,clinical thinking ability will be significantly improved,stimulate learning interest,has a higher feasibility.
