医院预防感染过程中器械的清洗消毒与管理

目的：分析医院预防感染过程中器械的清洗消毒与管理效果。方法：选取2019年6月～2020年5月本院使用常规器械清洗消毒管理的200件非一次性医疗器械为本研究对照组，同时选取2020年6月～2021年5月本院采取程序化器械清洗消毒管理的200件非一次性医疗器械为本研究观察组，比较两组医疗器械的各项合格率。记录医院实施不同器械清洗消毒管理期间的感染发生率。调查医院应用不同器械清洗消毒管理期间的工作人员满意度以及工作倦怠感评分。结果：观察组各项医疗器械合格率高于对照组（P<0.05）。实施程序化器械清洗消毒管理期间医院感染发生率以及工作人员个人成就感低落评分较常规器械清洗消毒管理明显更低，工作人员满意度以及情感衰竭评分、去人格化评分较常规器械清洗消毒管理明显更高（P<0.05）。结论：在医院内实施程序化器械清洗消毒管理可有效提升器械的清洗、消毒质量，降低患者感染发生率。

Cleaning,Disinfection and Management of Hospital Equipment in the Process of Infection Prevention

Objective:To analyze the effect of cleaning,disinfection and management of hospital equipment in the process of preventing infection.Methods:A total of 200 non-disposable medical devices in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the control group and 200 non-disposable medical devices in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rates of the two groups of medical devices were compared.The infection rate during the cleaning and disinfection management of different instruments was recorded.To investigate the satisfaction and job burnout scores of hospital staff during the management of cleaning and disinfection with different instruments.Results:The qualified rate of medical devices in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the implementation of programmed instrument cleaning and disinfection management,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the score of staff’s low sense of personal achievement were significantly lower than those of conventional instrument cleaning and disinfection management,and the score of staff satisfaction,emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were significantly higher than those of conventional instrument cleaning and disinfection management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of programmed equipment cleaning and disinfection management in hospital can effectively improve the quality of equipment cleaning and disinfection,reduce the incidence of infection in patients.
