Clinical Observation pn Jianpi Runfu Decoction Combined with Chushi Zhiyang Ointment in the Treatment of Hand Foot Chapped Eczema

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment in the treatment of hand foot chapped eczema.Methods 94 cases of hand foot chapped eczema patients in Dalian Guangyide Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases).The control group was given hydrocortisone butyrate ointment,three times a day.The experimental group was given Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment.2 groups were treated for 2 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the syndrome score of the experimental group was lower,the time of symptom regression was shortened,the total clinical effective rate was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hand foot chapped eczema,which can not only improve the symptoms of patients,but also reduce its adverse reactions with high safety.
