山海丹颗粒治疗冠心病患者临床观察

目的研究山海丹颗粒治疗冠心病患者的临床效果。方法选取巨野县北城医院2019年1月—2019年11月心血管内科门诊诊治的51例冠心病患者为研究对象,给予山海丹颗粒治疗,观察治疗后2个月临床症状、血脂指标、血压指标及不良反应情况。结果治疗后患者临床症状总有效率为94.12%(48/51);血清中TC含量相较于治疗前下降(P<0.05);血清中TG含量相较于治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均恢复至正常水平。结论山海丹颗粒治疗冠心病,能显著降低患者血脂水平,且能有效降低血压,疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Shanhaidan Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shandaidan granule in the treatment of heart disease patients.Methods From January 2019 to November 2019,51 patients with coronary heart disease in Beicheng Hospital of Juye County were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated with Shanhaidan granules for 2 months.The efficacy was evaluated according to changes in clinical symptoms,serum lipid metabolism and blood pressure before and after taking the drug.Results After 2 months’treatment,the overall effective treatment of clinical symptoms was 94.12%(48/51).The serum TC and TG were significantly lower than prior treatment,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients were significantly lower than prior treatment which returns to normal,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shanhaidan granule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,lower blood lipid and blood pressure.The effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
