| 摘 要： | 我国是全球结核病负担第二大国家,营养不良对结核病的预后有着重大影响。当前,临床上有多种营养筛查和评估工具,为帮助临床工作人员选择合适的针对不同患者情况的营养评估工具,笔者就结核病常用的不同筛查评估工具的内容、适用范围、应用情况,以及各自的优点和限制进行综述。

| Abstract: | National burden of tuberculosis in China is the second in the world, and malnutrition has significant impact on the prognosis of tuberculosis. At present, there are many kinds of tools for the screening and evaluation of nutrition. In order to help the clinical workers choose appropriate tools for the evaluation of nutrition according to different situations of patients, the author summarized the content, application, advantages and limits of different tools commonly used for tuberculosis. |
