| Abstract: | In recent years,with the continuous progress of imaging technology,PET-CT and dynamic enhanced CT have been applied in differential diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.In addition,Hemodynamics changes in the lesion area could not be clearly expressed.Dynamic contrast magnetic resonance Imagin(DCE-MRI)is a new non-invasive imaging method,which can not only reflect the shape of tumor and the functional state of internal blood vessels,but also has many advantages,such as high resolution of soft tissue,no ionizing radiation and so on.In addition,multi-parameter and multi-sequence MRI can improve the diagnostic quality of lung.This article reviews the application of DCE-MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung malignant tumors. |
