Clinical Value of Interventional Treatment of Silicosis Combined with Pulmonary Tuberculosis by Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

Objective:To explore and observe the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervention in patients with silicosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with silicosis combined with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=38),the experimental group(n=38),and the two groups according to the alphabetical order of the patients’names.All patients received conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment.The control group was treated with immune enhancer,and the experimental group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.The data collected before and after treatment,blood gas,quality of life score after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and treatment effect were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in the observation indexes and blood gas in the experimental group compared with the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of various indicators in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group.At the same time,they had a higher quality of life score and significantly reduced the incidence of various adverse reactions.There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopy interventional therapy for patients with silicosis and pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively reduce the occurrence of various adverse reactions,further improve the effect of patients,and improve the cure rate.
