针刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床研究进展

屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎是临床医学领域比较常见的病症之一，患者临床上多表现为疼痛，屈伸困难，长此以往，会对患者的日常工作与生活产生较大不利影响。目前，临床医学上针对该病的治疗干预，大多采取药物治疗、手术治疗以及药物手术混合治疗手段。针刀治疗属于手术治疗范畴，总体治疗效果比较理想，能够减少并发症出现几率，还可以明显降低患者的患指疼痛感，改善患者的手指活动度，治疗后患指的康复时间也相对较短，治愈率和有效率比较高，且复发率与传统药物治疗而言要明显更低。基于此，文章对针刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床研究进行了简要分析。

Flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis is one of the most common diseases in the field of clinical medicine.Patients often show pain clinically,which will have a great adverse impact on patients’daily work and life in the long run.At present,most of the clinical interventions for the disease are drug therapy,surgical therapy and drug surgery combined therapy.Acupotomy therapy belongs to the category of surgical treatment,and the overall therapeutic effect is relatively ideal,which can reduce the incidence of complications and significantly reduce the pain of patients’finger.The recovery time of the finger after treatment is relatively short,the cure rate and effective rate are relatively high,and the recurrence rate is significantly lower than that of traditional drug therapy.Based on this,the article briefly analyzed the clinical research of acupotomy in the treatment of flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis.
