Therapeutic Effect of Oral Administration of Maxing Shigan Decoction on Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oral administration of Maxing Shigan decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia and analyze personal experience.Methods 80 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into two groups by a random number table.Observation group A was given intravenous infusion and oral treatment of western medicine azithromycin,and observation group B received oral administration of Maxing Shigan decoction.The changes of inflammatory indexes IL-17,TNF-α,IgE,CRP,and PCT were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The total effective rate of clinical treatment after one course of treatment and the recurrence rate within 6 months were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-17,TNF-α,peripheral venous blood IgE,CRP and PCT levels in observation group B were lower than before treatment,and lower than observation group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group B was higher than observation group A after one course of treatment,and the recurrence rate within 6 months of observation group B was lower than observation group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia,Maxing Shigan decoction has a significant clinical effect,reducing inflammatory indicators,regulating the immune mechanism of pneumonia,and reducing the recurrence rate.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
