MRI定量评估慢性肝病病理改变的研究进展

慢性肝病是我国重大卫生健康问题,其病种较多,但在疾病进展中均会出现脂肪变、炎症、肝纤维化、肝硬化等病理改变。精准、定量评估慢性肝病的病理改变及严重程度对临床治疗决策有重要意义。肝穿刺活检病理学分级是诊断慢性肝病病理改变的“金标准”,但因其存在有创性、抽样误差、并发症风险等局限性,无法在临床广泛应用。多种定量MRI技术可以无创反映慢性肝病不同病理改变及其严重程度。本文对不同MRI技术定量评估慢性肝病病理改变的最新研究进展做一综述。

Research Progress in Quantitative Assessment of Pathological Changes of Chronic Liver Disease via MRI

Chronic liver disease is an important health problem in China.There are many kinds of chronic liver diseases,however,in the process of disease progression,the common pathological progress include steatosis,inflammation,fibrosis and even cirrhosis.Accurate and quantitative assessment of pathological changes of chronic liver disease is of great significance for clinical treatment decision-making.Pathologic grading of liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of pathological changes in chronic liver disease,but it cannot be widely used in clinical practice due to its limitations such as invasiveness,sampling error and risk of complications.Multiple quantitative magnetic resonance techniques can noninvasively reflect different pathological changes and severity of chronic liver disease.Therefore,in this paper,we review the latest progress in quantitative assessment of pathological changes in chronic liver disease by different magnetic resonance techniques.
