探讨对异位妊娠患者应用腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术治疗的临床效果

目的：分析探讨腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：选取在2019年2月～2020年2月本院收治的78例异位妊娠患者。将所有患者按照治疗方法的不同，分为常规开腹组（39例，使用常规开腹治疗），研究组（39例，使用腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术），对两组患者在治疗完成后的效果进行收集和分析，并讨论腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。结果：两组患者在治疗结束后均取得一定的效果，实施腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术的研究组并发症发生率、术中出血量、术后疼痛得分以及住院天数均少于实施常规治疗的常规开腹组，组间差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：在对异位妊娠患者进行治疗时，运用腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术对异位妊娠患者进行治疗时可以减少手术带来的创伤，降低术中出血量、术后疼痛得分，有效促进患者康复。

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Salpingectomy in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic salpingectomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:78 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into conventional laparotomy group(39 cases,using conventional laparotomy)and study group(39 cases,using laparoscopic salpingectomy).The effects of the two groups after treatment were collected and analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic salpingectomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy was discussed.Results:Both groups achieved certain results after treatment.The incidence of complications,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pain score and hospital stay in the study group with laparoscopic salpingectomy were less than those in the conventional laparotomy group with routine treatment,and the difference between the two groups was very obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy,laparoscopic salpingectomy on the affected side of ectopic pregnancy can reduce the trauma caused by operation,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative pain score,and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
