心脏超声联合颈部血管超声诊断老年冠心病的应用价值分析

目的:分析心脏超声联合颈部血管超声诊断老年冠心病的应用价值。方法:随机选择120例患者,均是于2018年2月~2020年2月在本院接受老年冠心病诊断的患者,随机分为联合组与单一组,前者有60例患者,应用心脏超声联合颈部血管超声诊断,后者有60例患者,应用心脏超声诊断,对比两组诊断符合率、诊断效果、检查结果。结果:两组的诊断符合率和诊断结果差异较大,联合组显著高于单一组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组诊断效果不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组的正常、轻度狭窄、中度狭窄、重度狭窄检出人数高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏超声联合颈部血管超声诊断老年冠心病的应用价值更大,相比于应用心脏超声诊断的患者,接受心脏超声联合颈部血管超声诊断的患者诊断符合率与检出率更高。

Application Value Analysis of Cardiac Ultrasonography Combined with Cervical Vascular Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Senile Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To analyze the application value of cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients who received diagnosis of senile coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into a combined group(60 patients)and a single group(60 patients).The former group was diagnosed with cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound,while the latter group was diagnosed with cardiac ultrasound.The diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic effect and examination results of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic results of the two groups were significantly different,and the combined group was significantly higher than the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic effect of the two groups was not obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The number of detected normal,mild stenosis,moderate stenosis and severe stenosis in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound has greater application value in the diagnosis of senile coronary heart disease.Compared with the patients diagnosed by cardiac ultrasound,patients receiving the diagnosis of cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound have higher diagnostic coincidence rate and detection rate.
