探讨医院大型医疗设备维修管理,维护保养与质量控制管理

目的：探讨医院大型医疗设备维修管理，维护保养与质量控制管理措施。方法：选取2020年1月～2020年12月本院156台正常使用医疗设备为研究对象，随机设为研究组和对照组，对照组进行常规质量管理，研究组进行设备维修、保养、质量综合管理。分析两组不良事件发生率、大型设备成本结构状况，提出有效管理方法。结果：对照组、研究组不良事件发生率分别为16.7%、6.4%，与对照组比较，研究组不良事件发生率更低（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组呼吸机PB840、彩超GE、CT成本更低，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对医院大型医疗设备进行设备维修、保养、质量综合管理，可降低返工等不良事件发生率，且能够降低设备应用成本，对提高诊断准确度和治疗有效性具有非常高的应用价值。因此，设备维修、保养、质量综合管理值得广泛应用。

To Discuss the Maintenance Management,Maintenance and Quality Control of Large Medical Equipment in Hospital

Objective:To explore the maintenance management,maintenance and quality control measures of large-scale medical equipment in hospital.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,156 sets of medical devices in normal use in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups:study group and control group.The control group received routine quality management,and the study group received equipment repair,maintenance and comprehensive quality management.The incidence of adverse events and the cost structure of large equipment in the two groups were analyzed,and effective management methods were proposed.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the control group and the study group was 16.7%and 6.4%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cost of ventilator PB840,color ultrasound GE and CT in the study group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive management of equipment repair,maintenance and quality of large medical equipment in hospital can reduce the incidence of adverse events such as rework,reduce the cost of equipment application,and have a very high application value for improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.Therefore,equipment repair,maintenance,comprehensive quality management is worthy of extensive application.
