Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target in the diagnosis of early breast cancer,in order to provide some guidance for clinical.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 80 patients with early breast cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020.All patients underwent X-ray molybdenum target examination and color ultrasound examination,and pathological biopsy results were taken as the gold standard.The accuracy rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of X-ray molybdenum target examination,color ultrasonic examination and their combined examination were compared.The sensitivity and specificity of X-ray molybdenum target examination,color ultrasonic examination and their combination were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of X-ray molybdenum target examination was 86.25%,missed diagnosis rate was 10.00%,misdiagnosis rate was 3.75%.The accuracy rate of color ultrasonography was 81.25%,missed diagnosis rate was 13.75%,misdiagnosis rate was 5.00%.The diagnostic accuracy of the combined examination results was 96.25%,the missed diagnosis rate was 3.75%,and there was no misdiagnosis.There was statistically significant difference among the three diagnostic accuracy results(P<0.05).The sensitivity(97.53%),specificity(92.47%)and Yuden index(5.917)of the combined X-ray molybdenum target and color ultrasound were higher than the diagnostic results of the two examination methods alone(X-ray molybdenum target:85.08%,80.33%,0.584;Color ultrasound:83.17%,78.25%,0.536),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target is of high diagnostic accuracy in early breast cancer.
