中西医结合护理对格林巴利综合征患者神经功能康复的影响

目的探讨中西医结合护理对格林巴利综合征患者神经功能康复的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的格林巴利综合征患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组接受西医护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上结合中医护理干预,对比2组患者CSS评分、Barthel指数、KPS评分及临床疗效。结果2组患者治疗后CSS评分均降低,Barthel指数评分均升高,且治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为82.86%(29/35),对照组为68.57%(24/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可促进格林巴利综合征患者神经功能恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Neurological Rehabilitation of Guillain-Barre Syndrome Patients

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on neurological rehabilitation of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.Methods 70 patients admitted to the first affiliated hospital of China medical university were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group received western medicine nursing,and the treatment group nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.CSS score,Barthel index,KPS score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results CSS scores and Barthel index scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 82.86%(29/35)in the treatment group and 68.57%(24/25)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome,improve the ability of daily life activities,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
