腹腔镜胃癌根治术的手术效果观察

目的：观察腹腔镜胃癌根治术的手术效果。方法：选择2017年12月～2019年1月本院收治的胃癌患者中的70例进行研究，将患者按姓氏进行编号，分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组行开腹手术治疗，观察组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗，对比两组手术指标、炎性因子变化情况、并发症发生率、生存质量、胃肠激素。结果：观察组手术时间、手术切口、肠蠕动恢复时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组，而手术出血量少于对照组，P<0.05；治疗前，两组数据结果比较分析，差异小，P>0.05，治疗后，观察组炎性因子水平、并发症发生率低于对照组，P<0.05；观察组生存质量高于对照组，P<0.05；观察组患者的胃肠激素改善结果更优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：胃癌采用腹腔镜根治术治疗，既可改善手术指标，又能减轻炎性因子水平，减少并发症，改善胃肠激素，提高患者生存质量，提高临床应用。

The Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy on Gastric Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 70 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were numbered according to their surnames and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical gastric cancer treatment.The surgical indicators,changes in inflammatory factors,complication rates,quality of life,and gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,surgical incision,bowel movement recovery time,eating time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,while the surgical blood loss was less than that of the control group,P<0.05;before treatment,the data results of the two groups were compared and analyzed,the difference was small,P>0.05.After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the results of improved gastrointestinal hormones in the observation group Better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Radical laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer can not only improve the surgical indicators,but also reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce complications,improve gastrointestinal hormones,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve clinical application.
