探讨自动心肺复苏仪在急诊成人心跳骤停患者CPR抢救中的效果

目的：探讨自动心肺复苏仪在急诊成人心跳骤停患者心肺复苏（CPR）抢救中的效果。方法：本研究纳入佛山市第二人民医院急诊成人心跳骤停患者48例并展开回顾性研究分析，患者均在2019年7月～2020年12月进行CPR抢救，将进行传统徒手心肺复苏的24例患者设为对照组，将进行自动心肺复苏仪心肺复苏的24例患者设为试验组，对比两组患者治疗前后的心肺功能恢复质量，分析两组患者治疗后的生命体征变化，统计患者的抢救成功率以及复苏效果。结果：治疗前两组患者MAP、SPO2、PetCO2对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后试验组患者MAP、SPO2、PetCO2均高于对照组，且治疗后高于治疗前，显示差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者治疗后SBP、脉搏饱和度均高于对照组，ROSC低于对照组，显示差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;48例患者中抢救成功30例，失败18例，抢救成功率为62.50%(30/48)，成功率较高；48例患者血压恢复时间为（18.23±2.14）min、心跳恢复时间为（10.95±2.14）min、呼吸恢复时间（13.87±2.45）min，均...

Effect of Automatic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instrument on CPR Rescue of Emergency Adult Cardiac Arrest

Objective:To explore the effect of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)of emergency adult patients with cardiac arrest.Methods:This study included 48 patients with emergency adult cardiac arrest in Foshan Second People’s Hospital and conducted a retrospective study and analysis.All patients underwent CPR rescue from July 2019 to December 2020.24 patients undergoing traditional unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation were set as the control group and 24 patients undergoing automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation were set as the experimental group,compare the quality of cardiopulmonary function recovery of the two groups before and after treatment,analyze the changes of vital signs of the two groups after treatment,and count the rescue success rate and resuscitation effect of the patients.Results:There was no significant difference in map,SpO₂ and PetCO₂ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,map,SpO₂ and PetCO₂ in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,SBP and pulse saturation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and ROSC was lower than that in the control group,showing that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Among the 48 patients,30 cases were successfully rescued and 18 cases failed.The rescue success rate was 62.50%(30/48);The blood pressure recovery time of 48 patients was(18.23±2.14)min,the heartbeat recovery time was(10.95±2.14)min and the respiratory recovery time was(13.87±2.45)min,all are ideal.Conclusion:The use of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in CPR can improve cardiopulmonary function,maintain the stability of vital signs and improve the success rate of rescue.
