Application Value of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound and Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:60 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were confirmed by postoperative pathological examination.In this study,the results of postoperative pathological examination were taken as the gold standard,and spiral CT enhanced scan and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were performed before operation.The results were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination,and the application value was analyzed.Results:Compared with the results of contrast-enhanced gastrointestinal ultrasound,the rate of spiral CT Enhanced Scan in detecting tumor perforation and invasion of pancreas was 1.67%,the rate of tumor combined with ulcer was 11.67%,the rate of serous layer rupture,invasion of peripheral fat was 76.67%,the rate of peripheral lymph node metastasis was 80%,the rate of muscle layer involvement was 85%,and the rate of gastric cancer was 93.33%,which was 0%,13.33%,73.33%,83.33%,91.67%respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);In T stage,the detection rate of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 68.33%higher than that of spiral CT enhanced scan 50%,in N stage,the detection rate of spiral CT enhanced scan was 93.33%higher than that of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound 56.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,either contrast-enhanced ultrasound or spiral CT enhanced scan can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.These two methods have the characteristics of less trauma,convenience and high diagnostic accuracy,but the effect of CT enhanced scan is ideal to show larger lesions,and the sensitivity of ultrasound imaging to show small lesions,myometrial invasion and submucosal lesions is higher.
