To Analyze the Diagnostic Value of Siemens 64-Slice Spiral CT in Coronary Stenosis

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of Siemens 64 row spiral CT(Siemens 64 row screw CT,S64CT)in coronary artery stenosis.Methods:106 patients with coronary artery stenosis treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected.S64CT was performed on all patients,and then traditional coronary angiography(coronary arteriography,CAG)was performed.The accuracy and precision of the two methods were compared.Results:Among 106 patients with coronary artery stenosis,the anastomotic rate was 91.50%;The coincidence rate of CAG was 87.74%.The coincidence rate of S64CT was higher than that of CAG,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity and positive rate of S64CT were higher than those of CAG,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:S64CT has a stronger clinical diagnostic level for patients with coronary artery stenosis,and has the advantages of higher accuracy,more accurate positioning,less trauma,higher diagnostic value and more ideal.
