Observation on the Curative Effect of Microwave Therapeutic Apparatus in the Treatment of Cervical Erosion

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of microwave therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods:94 patients with cervical erosion who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups based on the order of admission time.The patients in the control group were treated with interferon and OPIN Suppository,while the patients in the study group were treated with microwave therapeutic apparatus on the basis of OPIN Suppository.The effective rate,anxiety score and depression score before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate in study group was 95.74%(45/47),which was significantly higher than 76.60%(36/47)in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety scores and depression scores in the study group were(43.37±6.40)and(39.68±5.41),respectively,which were significantly better than those in the control group(51.45±6.68)and(47.01±6.14)(P<0.05).In the study group,the vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume and fluid volume were(8.41±0.24)days,(16.52±1.47)mL,(14.58±2.06)mL,respectively.Compared with the control group(13.58±3.21)days,(37.23±2.54)mL,(34.33±2.61)mL,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microwave therapy instrument for the treatment of cervical erosion patients,help to improve the treatment efficiency of patients,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and fluid flow,improve to the psychological state.
