冷敷贴联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤临床观察

目的 观察冷敷贴联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效。方法 将56例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，各28例，观察组予冷敷贴+普萘洛尔治疗，对照组予普萘洛尔治疗，观察2组治疗后的疗效及不良反应。结果 观察组最终治愈28例、显效0例、有效0例，对照组最终治愈24例、显效2例、有效2例，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组治疗后发生呼吸困难0例、少量渗血4例、发热3例、轻微溃疡0例、气管切开1例，对照组分别为2、8、6、3、1例，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 冷敷贴联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤治愈率高，且不良反应少。

Clinical Observation on Cold Compress Combined with Propranolol in the Treatment of Infantile Hemangioma

Objective To observe the effect of cold compress combined with propranolol on infantile hemangioma.Methods 56 infant patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 28 cases each.The observation group was treated with cold compress and propranolol,and the control group was treated with propranolol.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group finally cured 28 cases,the control group finally cured 24 cases,markedly effective 2 cases,effective 2 cases,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had 0 cases of dyspnea,4 cases of small blood oozing,3 cases of fever,0 cases of mild ulcers,and 1 case of tracheotomy.The control group had 2,8,6,3,and 1 cases respectively.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of cold compress and propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma has a high cure rate and few adverse reactions.
