Abstract:Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with MOOC teaching mode in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical teaching for orthopedics.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,98 interns of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the department of orthopedics of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was adopted the flipped classroom combined MOOC teaching model while the control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the doctor-patient communication ability,analysis and induction ability,and knowledge mastery ability of the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 79.59%(39/49),which was significantly higher than 51.02%(25/49)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of flipped classroom and MOOC teaching in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical teaching for orthopedics can improve theoretical knowledge and practical ability,increase satisfaction with teaching,and it has high teaching promotion value.
