低浓度5-氟尿嘧啶与糖皮质激素联合治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床疗效Meta分析

目的：进一步了解低浓度5-氟尿嘧啶联合糖皮质激素治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效性。方法：计算机检索维普数据库（1989～2008年），万方数据库（1980—2009年），生物医学数据库（1979—2009年），中国知识总库（1979-2009年），Pubmed数据库（1989～2008年）发表的有关低浓度5一氟尿嘧啶联合糖皮质激素治疗瘢痕疙瘩对照研究的文章，质量评价按照Coehrane系统评价员手册4．2．2版推荐的质量评价标准，用比值比（OR）和95％可信区间（95％CI）作为疗效分析统计量。结果：共有8个临床试验纳入本次研究，5-氟尿嘧啶联合糖皮质激素治疗组疗效优于单用糖皮质激素对照组（Z=5．11,P〈0．00001）[DR=2．77，95％CI（1．87，4．09）]。结论：Meta分析显示5-氟尿嘧啶联合糖皮质激素治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床疗效优于对照组，但纳入研究的文献未描述具体的随机方法及盲法，研究结论的客观性和可靠性需高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证、支持。

Meta-analysis on combination of low dose 5-fluorouracil and corticosteroid in treatment of patients with keloid

Objective： To comprehend further the effectuality of low dose 5-fluorouracil and corticosteroid on keloid. Methods： They were the randomized controlled trials （RCT）of 5-fluorouracil plus corticosteroid for keloid, which come from VIP （1989-2008）, CNKI（1979-2009）,WAN FANG DATA（1980- 2009）, CBMDISC （1979-2009）and Pubmed （1989-2008）.The quality of included studies was assessed according to the criteria recommended by the Cochrane handbook 4.2.2.For these data,odds ratio and 95% confidence intervals （C/） were used to calculate the summary estimate. Results： Including 8 papers of RCTs ： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better＇than that of the corticosteroid control group （Z=5.11, P〈0.000 01 ）[OR =2.77,95% CI （1.87,4.09）]. Conclusion： This Meta-analysis summarizes the strong evidence for the therapeutic effect of 5-fluorouracil plus corticosteroid on Keloid. More randomized controlled trial of high quality are needed for stronger evidence.
