摘    要:目的:探讨Ys800振动排痰机对重症脑卒中患者的排痰效果.方法:150例重症脑卒中患者随机分为实验组76例和对照组74例,实验组采用Ys800系列多频振动治疗仪叩背,对照组采用手叩背排痰法,并比较两组的排痰量及排痰前后SpO2.结果:实验组排痰量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),排痰后实验组的SpO2显著高于对照组(P<0.01),两组有效率比较,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:Ys800机械振动排痰机可有效预防及减少肺部并发症,减轻脑水肿,能够保证重症脑卒中患者的有效呼吸功能,争取最佳抢救时机.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the efficacy of type Ys800 vibratory sputum ejecting machine in clearing sputum for patients with severe stroke. Methods: 150 patients with severe stroke were randomly divided into experimental group (n=76) and control group (n=74). In experimental group, type Ys800 multifrequency vibration instrument was used to pat patient's back for clearance of sputum and hand patting was used in control group. The comparison was made in expectoration volume and SpO2 before and after clearing sputum between the two groups. Results: The volume of expectoration in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01); SpO2 was significantly higher in experimental group than that in control group after clearing sputum (P<0.01); the effective rate was obviously higher in experimental group than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Type Ys800 mechanical vibratory sputum ejecting machine can effectively prevent and reduce pulmonary complications, alleviate cerebral edema and ensure an effective respiratory function so as to secure the best opportunity to save the patients.
