| 摘 要： | 目的研究血清中软骨寡聚基质蛋白（cartilage oligomeric matrixprotein，COMP）水平与骨关节炎病变严重程度的关系。方法采用ELISA方法测定正常对照组和22例骨关节炎患者血清中及关节液中的COMP水平。结果骨关节炎患者血清中COMP水平明显高于正常组水平，有统计学差异。结论血清中COMP水平与骨关节炎病变严重程度相关，测定骨关节炎患者血中COMP水平对进一步研究OA发病机理及早期发现骨关节炎并采取有效防治策略，监测防治效果具有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of COMP in serum and severity of osteoarthritis.Methods Serum samples of 22 patients with osteoarthritis and 40 normal persons in controls were collected.Serum levels of COMP were analysed using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Serum-COMP levels of osteoarthritis patients were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of COMP is related with the grade of destruction of osteoarthritis cartilage.COMP is the sensitive marker reflecting the metabolic changes of articular cartilage. |
