复方丹参滴丸联用卡托普利和非洛地平治疗高血压冠心病疗效观察

目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸联用卡托普利、非洛地平治疗高血压冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法 :将 72例患者随机分为两组 ,对照组 34例给予卡托普利、非洛地平 ,治疗组 38例在对照组用药方案上加用复方丹参滴丸 ,疗程均为 4周。结果 :治疗 4周后 ,两组的降压效果均为 10 0 %。治疗组对心绞痛的总有效率为 89.5 % ,对照组为 6 1.8% ,(P <0 .0 1)。两组心电图改善率分别为 36 .8%和 2 6 .5 % ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :复方丹参滴丸联用卡托普利、非洛地平是治疗高血压伴冠心病患者的良好治疗方法

Clinical study on treatment of compound salvia dropping pills combined with captoprii and felodipine for hypertensive with coronary heart disease

Object: To study the therapeutic efficacy of compound solvia dropping pills combined with captopril and felodipine on hypertensive with coronary heart disease. Methods: 72 patients were randomized divided into two groups. The control group with 34 cases, were given captopril and felodipine and the treatment group with 38 cases, were given compound salvia dropping pills combined with captopril and felodipine all orally for 4 weeks. Results: After treatment, the total antihypertensive rates in two groups were all 100%. The antiangina pectoris effect in treatment group (89.5%) was superior to that in control group (61.8%) (P<0.01) and electrocardiogram improvement in treatment group(36.8%) was higher than that in control group(26.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound salvia dropping pills combined with captopril and felodipine is effective for the treatment of hypertensive with coronary heart disease.
