脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者的近期预后研究

目的探讨脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者与非代谢综合征患者的近期预后关系。方法收集我院2008年9月～2010年3月脑梗死患者215例分为两组，其中脑梗死合并代谢综合征组112例，非代谢综合征组103例。分别评定患者第1、14、28天临床神经功能缺损程度及第28天的临床疗效，并进行比较。结果脑梗死合并代谢综合征组的临床神经功能缺损程度评分及近期临床疗效与非代谢综合征组比较，均有显著差异。结论脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者的临床神经功能缺损程度较非代谢综合征患者重，近期预后较非代谢综合征患者差。

The Study for Early Prognosis of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To study the relationship of early prognosis between the patients with cerebral infarction complicated with metabolic syndrome and the patients without metabolic syndrome. Methods The 215 patients with cerebral infarction were assigned two groups from Sep,2008 to Mar,2010 in our hospital, and there are 112 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with metabolic syndrome and there are 103 patients for the opposite. Separately to judge the degree of the clinical neurological deficit scores in 1,14,and 28 days and appraise the clinical efficacy in the 28 days after the incidence, and compare both. Results One comparison from the judgment of the clinical neurological deficit scores between the patients of the cerebral infarction complicated with metabolic syndrome and without metabolic syndrome; the other comparison from early clinical efficacy between them. Both of them are significant differences. Conclusion The degree of clinical neurological deficit scores of the patients with cerebral infarction complicated with metabolic syndrome is more serious than without metabolic syndrome; and the efficacy of early prognosis is worse than that.
