肾移植患者脑电地形图研究

摘    要:我院1988年以来采用脑电t检验地形图,对35例尿毒症和20例肾移植患者手术前后脑电地形图异常分布进行了统计学成象分析。结果发现尿毒症期民广泛异常分布是有意义的(P<0.001),慢波功率加最显著的区域为右顶部,α波功率减少最明显为顶区偏右部,表明尿毒症期的脑损害既有广泛性损害的一般性,局限性损害的特殊性,且病变量最重为某一区域,这种特征随着尿毒症病程延长而加重,一旦接受肾移植,随着移植肾功能恢复

Abstract:This paper reports the results of statistical mapping on the abnormal distribution of cerebral electric power in 35 cases of uremia and 20 cases of renal transplantation with cerebral electrical T test topographical map methed.The results indicated that the extensive adnormal distribution of cerebral electric activity of uremia was significant (P<0. 01). The power density of slow wave remarkably increased in the right parietal region, the power density of alpha wave obviously decreased in the right parietal side.This study clearly showed that the brain lesions had both the generality of diffuse damage and the particularity of focal damage, and that a region was seriously invaded by the lesion. with the features of metabolic and toxic encephalopathic brain lesions. These features were clearer along with the development of uremia. When the grraft function regained normal after transplantation, the metabolites in the bloodwere cleared out and the homeostasis in the brain and the cerebrospinal fluid was gained,cerebral electrical T test topographical map would return to normal after month.
