2005-2009年丹阳市农村居民结核病死亡回顾性调查

目的调查农村居民结核病死亡情况,评价结核病防治策略措施的实施效果。方法开展人群结核病死亡回顾性调查分析。结果 2005-2009年丹阳市调查点全人口死亡率467.78/10万,期间登记结核病患者300例,死亡21例,归因结核病死亡11例,均死于肺结核;结核死亡率为2.37/10万,结核病病死率为3.67%,年龄均在60岁以上,慢性心肺功能不全是肺结核患者死亡最常见的直接死因。归因非结核死亡10例,半数死于肿瘤。结论丹阳市通过大力实施现代结核病控制策略(DOTS),积极发现和规范治疗肺结核患者,农村居民结核病死亡率与病死率明显下降,结核病防治工作成效显著;老年人是结核病死亡的主要人群,加强老年人结核病防治是降低结核病死亡率的关键。

Retrospective survey of cause of death of tuberculosis among rural residents in Danyang,2005-2009

Objective To know the status of death of tuberculosis among rural residents, and assess the preventive effect of tuberculosis in Danyang. Methods People died of tuberculosis in survey points in Danyang were investigated by retrospective survey. Results Mortality of the whole population was 468/100 000. There were 300 persons registered with TB, and 21 of them died. Eleven persons died of pulmonary tuberculosis. The mortality rate of tuberculosis was 2.4/100 000, fatality rate of tuberculosis was 3.67/100 000 and ages to were all over 60 years. The common direct death cause of pulmonary tuberculosis was chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency. The rest 10 cases were died of non of- tubercolosis and over half of them died tumor. Conclusion The mortality rate of tuberculosis was decreased obviously among rural residents in Danyang after the pre- vention program of tuberculosis and DOTS were implemented. The main population of the mortality of tuberculosis was aged people, so, it is critical to strengthen TB prevention for aged people so as to reduce mortality of tuberculosis.
