应用循证护理预防晚期肿瘤患者压疮

目的探讨循证护理在预防晚期肿瘤患者压疮中的作用。方法对62例早期出现潜在并发症的晚期肿瘤患者临床评估,随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各31例,实验组应用循证护理的理论和实施步骤,制订干预措施。实行循证护理,对照组实行一般压疮护理。结果通过循证护理的干预,实验组压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可使护理理论和护理实践紧密结合,运用最新、最好的科学证据,及时解决临床护理工作中出现的问题,对患者实施最佳的护理,提高患者生存质量和护理服务质量。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing Prevention of Pressure Ulcers in Patients with Advanced Cancer
