| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨钛网联合前路内固定系统在胸椎腰椎结核手术中的应用价值.方法 总结2004年4月至2009年3月共46例结核椎体全切除、钛网内植骨联合前路内固定系统的方法,随访6～20个月(平均11个月).结果 术后症状均有缓解,神经功能恢复优良,未发现内固定松动、移位现象.结论 钛网联合前路内固定系统应用于胸腰椎结核椎体切除后重建脊柱稳定,效果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis treated with titanium mesh combined with anterior internal fixation system. Methods Totally 46 patients with spinal tuber-culosis admitted in our department from April 2004 to March 2009 underwent anterior fusion internal fixation combined with titanium mesh.
