怒族草药木秋挥发油成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究怒族草药木秋挥发油化学成分,初步揭示其药效学的物质基础。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用的方法,对其挥发油成分进行分析。结果:分离出62个组分,鉴定了其中4J4个组分,占总组分的32.9%;其中有4个主要成分未能得到鉴定。结论:木秋挥发油已鉴定成分中含有桧醇、α-萜品醇、β-石竹烯、芳樟醇、γ-萜品烯等抑菌成分,与其疗效相符;但木秋挥发油主成分未能鉴定,还需进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Objective : To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Cancrinia discoidea in GongShan county Yunnan province. Method: The essential oil wast analyzed and identified by GC -MS. Result: The sixty - two constituents were isolated and the forty - four of them were identified, making up 32. 9% of the total constituents. The main constituents can not be identified. Conclusion: The identified compounds of the essential oil are thuj -4 (10) -en-3 -ol and terpinene-4 -ol. They have high biological activity, which agrees with curative effect of the plant. The main unknown constituents wait for further research.
