我院87例输液反应分析

摘    要:目的:了解输液反应的高发时间段,避免输液反应对患者的危害。方法:收集2006~2008年我院临床科室送检的输液反应报告共87例,对性别、年龄、药品分类、季节、单用及合并用药情况进行分组,分析各组出现输液反应的时间段。结果:输液反应在<10、11~15、16~20、21~30、31~40、41~50、51~60、61~120、>120min各时间段出现的百分比分别为19.54%~20.69%、5.75%、6.90%、19.54%~21.84%、6.90%~10.34%、3.45%~4.60%、17.24%、6.90%、8.05%~10.34%。结论:输液反应可出现在各时间段,而较多发生于<10min或21~60min这2个时间段内,且与性别、年龄、药品分类、季节、单用及合并用药情况未见显著关系,在临床中应密切注意。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To identify the high frequency period of infusion reaction and to provide clinic instructions for avoidance of its harm effects on patients. METHODS: Reports of 87 infusion reaction cases at the year of 2006~2008 in our hospital were collected. The cases were grouped according to sex, age, drug categories, season, and usage (combined use or isolated use) for the analysis on the periods of infusion reaction occurrence. RESULTS: The frequency of infusion reaction at10, 11~15,16~20,21~30,31~40,41~50,51~60,61~120, and more than 120 min after infusion was 19.54%~20.69%, 5.75%, 6.90%, 19.54%~21.84%, 6.90%~10.34%, 3.45%~4.60%, 17.24%, 6.90% and 8.05%~10.34%, respectively. CONCLUSION: According to our study, the occurrence of infusion reaction has little relationship with sex, age, drug categories, season or usage. Infusion reaction occurs at various periods after treatment, while most frequently presents at the periods of 10 min and 21~60 min after infusion. Therefore, more attention should be paid to at these periods.
