表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障手术578眼临床分析

目的:观察表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床效果。方法:行表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入治疗白内障患者578眼,观察其术后视力的恢复及并发症的情况。结果:术后1d,裸眼视力<0.05者17眼,占2.9%;0.05～0.3者321眼,占55.5%;≥0.3者240眼,占41.5%;术后1wk复查视力,<0.05者3眼,占0.5%;0.05～0.3者121眼,占20.9%;≥0.3者454眼,占78.5%;术中及术后各种并发症的发生率均很低。结论:表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术麻醉效果良好,能最大限度减少麻醉所带来的并发症,大大减少了患者的痛苦。因而适宜于我国大规模复明行动及基层医院开展的以白内障为主的防盲治盲工作。

Analysis of the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with topical anesthesia in 578 patients

AIM:To observe the clinical effect of the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with topical anesthesia.METHODS:The visual acuity and complications of 578 patients,who underwent the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with topical anesthesia combined with intraocular lens implantation,were observed postoperatively.RESULTS:At first day after operation,uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA)was 0.05 in 17 eyes(2.94%),0.05-0.3 in 321 eyes(55.5%)and ≥0.3 in 240 eyes(41.5%).One week postoperatively,UCVA in 3 eyes(0.5%)were 0.05,121 eyes(20.9%)were 0.05-0.3 and 454 eyes(78.5%)were ≥0.3.The incidence of complications was very low during and after operation.CONCLUSION:The small incision non-phacoemulsi-fication cataract extraction with topical anesthesia combined with intraocular lens implantation has good effects and can obviously reduce the complication caused by anesthesia.This method will relieve patients from pain.Therefore,it is suitable to large-scaled visual obtaining action in China and work of prevention of blindness in primary hospitals.
