无创伤法测定藏北高原男性青壮年心排出量的报告

采用无创伤法对150名居住于海拔4500m高原的男性青壮年心排出量进行了测定，并与平原居民测定结果进行了对比。平均心率移居组高于世居组（P＜0．01），平均动脉压两组间无显著差异（P＞0.05），每搏输出量移居组低于世居组（P＜0.01），但每分输出量两组无显著差异（P＞0．05），认为移居者以代偿性心率加快维持心输出量。移居组的平均心率、平均动脉压与平原组相近，但心搏量和心分出量均低于平原组（P＜0．01），与心缩力下降和血粘度增高有关．

Non-invasive determination of cardiac output on male youth and middle age in northern tibet region

Cardiac output of 150 male youth andmiddle age(Who lived in north tibet region,4500meters above sea level) were determined by non - invasive method and compared with the determined results of residents in plain area. Mean heart rate of migration group is higher than native group (P<0.01); mean arterial pressure between thetwo groups with no significant difference (P>0.05); output/pulsation of migrationgroup is lower than native group (P<0.01), but output/min of two groups with nosignificant difference (P>0.05).The writer considers that migratormaintains cardiac output volume by compensatory speed - up heart rate. The meanheart rate,mean arterial pressure of migration group is similar to plain area group,butstroke volume and cardiac output are lowerthan that of plain area group (P<0.01). Itis related with decreasing of miocardia power and increasing of blood viscosity.
