| 摘 要： | AIM:To disdcover the level of estrogen(ES) and nitro oxide(NO) in postmenopausal women with myocardial infarction(MI) and their relation.METHODS:Using the technique of radio immunoassay and cop-per-cadmium-plating reducing method to measure the blood level of E2 and NO of 30 postmenopausal women with MI and 30 healthy postmenopausal women,RESULTS:The blood level of E2 and NO of postemenopausal women with MI was significantly decreased compared with control group (100&;#177;40)pmol/L vs (158&;#177;11）pmol/L(P&;lt;0.01)(50&;#177;30）μmo/L vs(70&;#177;40)μmol/L,there was no relation between E2 and NO in postmenopausal women with MI and there in no relation between E2 and NO.
