| 摘 要： | 胆碱酯酶(CHE)是存在于血清或血浆中的肝细胞和腺体生成的水解酶。在急性有机磷中毒时,有机磷酸酯迅速与体内CHE结合,形成稳定的磷化胆碱酯酶,从而抑制CHE活性。笔者在对38例急性有机磷中毒患者血清CHE测定后发现,由于中毒程度不同,患者CHE活力受抑程度和恢复时间也不尽相同,存在有一定的规律,这对于临床的诊断,治疗及预后判断都上具有极其重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Cholineterase(CHE)is a type of hydrolytic enzyme which come from hepatic cell and glands,In patients with acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning,organic phosphorus pesticide with acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning,'organic phosphorus pesticide Can combine with CHE, and the phospho -cholinesterase is produced,so the enzyme noLonger has any effect,We analyzed the degree of the inhabition and the recovery time of CHE in 38 cases. |
