| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声引导经皮经肝穿刺胆管引流(UPTCD)的临床应用价值。方法 应用ATL3000型彩色超声诊断仪引导下对30例梗阻性黄疽作经皮经肝胆管置管引流。结果 超声引导经皮经肝穿刺胆管内置管引流，一次成功率达83．3％，二次成功率达96．7％，三次成功率达100％。结论 超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆管内置管引流是一种微创、准确、安全、有效、简便的治疗梗阻性黄疽的方法；超声应成为PTDC术的首选引导方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of theUS-guide UPTCD. Methods UPTCD were operated in 30 patients obstructive jaundice.Results The successive rates of single puncture are 83.3 %,two-times puncture 96.7%,three-times puncture 100% respectly.Conclusion UPTCD is a method of microhurt,accurative,safe,effective and simple to treat obstructive jaundice;Ultrosound-guided should be the first choice of PTCD operation. |
