| 摘 要： | 惠民医院是解决"看病难、看病贵"问题的一项爱心工程,科学合理的补偿机制是惠民医院可持续发展的关键。通过分析惠民医院运作过程中存在的问题,依据非盈利组织管理理论,提出政府主导、医院执行、社会参与的多渠道补偿机制,通过多方面的协调配合,使惠民医院建立造血功能,实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The Benefaction People Hospital is a love project to settle the problem of"difficult and expensive to see a doc- tor".The reasonable and scientific compensation mechanism is the key problems to continual develop the Benefaction People Hos- pital.The paper analyzed the present problems,and suggested many channels compensation mechanism based on the unprofitable organization management theory.Through the coordination of different aspects,the Benefaction People Hospital can establish itself and implement continual development. |
