柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎30例临床观察

目的观察柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将57例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用口服柴胡疏肝散,对照组27例给予奥美拉唑,两组均以4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%;对照组总有效率为88.9%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组临床症状有明显改善。结论柴胡疏肝散对慢性浅表性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder

objective To observe the clinical effect of chaihu shugan powder on chronic superficial gas-tritis.Methods 57 cases were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases in treatment group were treated with chaihu shugan powder.27 cases in control group were treated with omeprazole.4 weeks of treatment made one session in either group.The clinical efficacy and changes in clinicaI symptoms were observed in two groups after 1 session treatment.Results In treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.7%.In control group,the total effective rate was 88.9%.The significant statistical difference presented in comparison of two groups（P0.05）.Moreover,the improvements in clinical symptoms were apparent in treatment group as compared with control group.Conclusion Chaihu shugan powde has quite advantageous clinical efficacy on chronic superficial gastritis.
