内服散结消痞汤配合夏枯草膏外敷治疗乳腺纤维囊性病疗效观察

目的:观察内服散结消痞汤配合夏枯草膏外敷治疗乳腺纤维囊性病疗效的临床疗效。方法:将100例经期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组服用乳癖消片,治疗组服用补内服散结消痞汤配合夏枯草膏外敷,上述两组均在月经来潮前3～5d开始用药,待经止后停药,作为1个疗程,3～4个疗程观察疗效。结果:3～4个疗程后,观察组有效率为92%,对照组为91%,疗效相近。结论:内服散结消痞汤配合夏枯草膏外敷是治疗乳腺纤维囊性病的有效方法。

Efficacy observation on treating FDB by the Sanjie Xiaopi decoction plus Xiakucao cream

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Sanjie Xiaopi decoction ad usum internum plus Xiakucao cream for external application in treating fibrocystic disease of breast （FDB）. Methods： 100 patients in menstruation were divided into the treated group and the control group, 50 in each group. The control group was given Rupixiao pills, while the treated group was given Sanjie Xiaopi decoction ad usum internum and Xiakucao cream for external application. Medicines were given 3-5 days before menstrual onset and stopped when offset. Results： The total effective rates of the treated group and the control group were 92% and 91% respectively. Conclusion： The Saniie Xiaopi decoction ad usum internum plus Xiakucao cream for external application was effective in treating FDB.
