| 摘 要： | [目的]观察手法治疗腕管综合征的疗效。[方法]48例患者均采用手法治疗,术后患部用神灯（TDP）照射20min。1次/d,10次为1疗程,观察疗效。[结果]本组48例经2～4个疗程治疗后,显效12例,有效32例,无效4例,总有效率为91.7%。[结论]手法治疗腕管综合征疗效较好。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore the cure effect of manipulation on canales carpi syndrome.[Method] 48 cases take the manipulation,then the focal is radiated with TDP,once/d 10 times as a course;afterwards observe the cure effect.[Result]After 2~4 courses,12 had marked effect,32 had effect,4 no effect,the total effective rate was 91.7%.[Conclusion] Manipulation has good cure effect on canales carpi syndrome. |
