| 摘 要： | 以385名健康工人和346例单纯尘肺病人的临床检查、X线胸片和肺功能测定三项资料为依据,对尘肺病人劳动能力减退程度的分级方法和标准进行了研究。 将病人劳动能力减退程度分为四级,即0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级。为便于计算机管理,采用计分法进行分级。凡综合计分低于10分者,劳动能力划为正常范围,10—16分、17—23分和24—30分者,分别划为劳动能力轻度、中度和重度减退。

| Abstract: | A study on the gradation method and criteria of labour ability of pneumo-coniosis was carried out based on data of clinical examination, x-ray film and pulmonary function tests of 385 healthy workers and 346 patients with simple pneumoconiosis.The labour ability of the patients was divided into 4 grades, 0, I, II, and III. The grades were marked by scores for the convenience of computer administration. The labour ability will be regarded as normal when the score is below 10, and as lightly, moderately and highly decreased when the score is 10-16, 17-23 and 24-30 respectively. |
