| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用临床护理路径对缺血性脑卒中患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:将120例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组采用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,对照组采用传统随时健康教育方式。结果:研究组在疾病相关知识掌握率、对疾病治疗信心、患者护理质量满意度、健康教育达标率、总住院天数、住院费用等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径为整体护理提供了更有效的指导,提高了护理质量,保证了健康教育的有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective: Probe into the effect of application cl inical nursing route to implement health education for patients with bloodless cerebral apoplexy. Met hod: 120cases were divided into study group and control group at random(n=60).T he stud y group using clinical nursing route to give health education for patients,the c ontrol group using normal health education. Result: The knowleage of relative di seases,satisfied rate of nursing quality total in hospital dayset al in study g roup was better than control group.(P<0.01) Conclusion: Clinical nursing route h as provide effect guide for holistic nursing.the nursing quality has improvement and ensure the effect of health education . |
