| 摘 要： | 目的探讨总结慢性荨麻疹伴自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的诊治方法。方法对我院2000年~2004年收治的8例确诊为慢性荨麻疹伴甲状腺自身免疫性疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例中,7例的FT3(25.81±3.50)pmol/L,FT4(60.56±6.20)pmol/L,均明显高于正常值,uTSH(0.116±0.012)m IU/L明显低于正常值,给予抗甲亢、手术和抗组胺等同时治疗后,荨麻疹与甲亢症状消失。结论对于原因不明的慢性荨麻疹患者,应作甲状腺功能检查。若伴甲状腺疾病者应同时给予抗组胺并针对甲状腺疾病进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and describe our experience with the diagnosis and treatment to chronic urticaria compicated with autoimmune thyroid diseases.Methods Study in our hospital of 8 patients having consulted for chronic urticaria compicated with autoimmune thyroid diseases that therapeutic data had been summarized and review analysised between 2000 and 2004.Results Among the 8 cases,7 patients' free T3 and T4 were 25.81±3.50 pmol/L and 60.56±6.20 pmol/L,all obviously higher than the normal value,and the uFSH was 0.116±0.012mIU/L,obviouly lower than the normal.After antithyroid drugs treatment and anti-histamine treatment at the same time,or after surgical treatment,the symptoms all disappeared.Conclusion To those chronic urticaria reasons unknown should make thyroid gland function check.If had thyroid disease give its treatment and anti-histamine treatment at the same time was effective. |
